On their tour through Eastern Europe, the Duisburg Philharmonic Orchestra and their music director, maestro Jonathan Darlington, were joined in today’s rehearsal by musicians of the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra and conductor Gintaras Rinkevicius. Tomorrow’s concert at the Congress Centre in Vilnius will be the highlight of this tour, featuring works by Vaughan Williams, Beethoven, Berlioz and Tchaikovsky.
